Delete your data

You can remove what InaivuOS holds from your Instagram or YouTube at any time. There are three ways.

1. In InaivuOS

Sign in, open Settings → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect. We ask Instagram or Google to end our access, then delete the connection and every number we stored from it.

2. From Instagram

• Open Instagram, then Settings → Apps and websites, find InaivuOS and choose Remove. Instagram tells us and we delete the connection and its data straight away.
• Optionally tick “Delete posts, videos or events InaivuOS posted” when removing it. InaivuOS never posts, so there is nothing of that kind.
• To make a formal request, use the data-deletion option on that same screen. You will get a confirmation code and a link to a page showing the status of your request.

3. From Google (YouTube)

Open your Google account’s third-party access page, select InaivuOS and remove access. If you do not reconnect within 7 days we delete what we stored. To have it deleted straight away, disconnect YouTube in InaivuOS first.

Email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account and the data tied to it. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the required time only.
